Core to Peck Tiong Choon’s strong synergy with our customers and suppliers is our ethos for conducting business ethically. Apart from practising professionalism and fulfilling our contractual obligations diligently, we emphasise fairness and transparency in our dealings and communication.
Guidelines on anti-corruption and conflict of interests are clearly outlined in the corporate code of conduct and continuously reinforced to both new joiners and experienced employees. Employees are also encouraged to speak up, report and provide counsel when any wrongdoings is observed.
Caring for the Environment
Climate change has a widespread impact on every business. Hence we acknowledge the importance of streamlining our business operations to reduce carbon emissions and our carbon footprint.
At Peck Tiong Choon, this translates to not only using greener energy to power our fleet as much as possible, but also maintaining our fleet in tip-top shape to minimise air, noise and dust pollution. Additionally, we encourage our people to adopt energy-saving and less waste practices at the project sites, in the office and beyond. We will continue to seek out efficient and green methods that enable us to achieve our project and sustainability goals.
Supporting the Community
Sustainability extends to the community we operate in. It is our belief that our achievements today are possible only because of the support we get from our stakeholders. Therefore, we pay it forward through providing logistics support at key national events such as the National Day Parade and 8th ASEAN Para Games.
